PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING, PURCHASING, SCHEDULING, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY SERVICE.

By purchasing a service, submitting payment, scheduling an appointment through the website, booking by telephone or text, participating in a session, or otherwise engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or schedule a service.

 

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Psychic readings
Tarot and cartomancy readings
Mediumship
Spiritual consultations
Intuitive guidance
Astronomical/astrological interpretation
Spiritual education
Ancestral or spiritual practices
Energy-based or spiritual services
Water or spiritual ceremonies
Herbal education and wellness consultations
Spiritual mentoring
Other metaphysical or educational services
These services are spiritual, intuitive, educational, and informational in nature.

No psychic, intuitive, spiritual, mediumistic, astrological, herbal, or divinatory service can guarantee a particular result.

 

2. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR OUTCOME

Psychic readings, tarot, mediumship, astrology, spiritual consultations, and related services involve interpretation.

 

I do not guarantee:

That every prediction will occur.
That information received intuitively will be 100% accurate.
That a particular person will behave in a predicted manner.
That a relationship will begin, continue, reconcile, or end.
That you will obtain employment, money, court outcomes, medical outcomes, pregnancy, reconciliation, marriage, or any other particular result.
That spiritual work will produce a specific physical, emotional, financial, romantic, legal, or personal outcome.
Future circumstances can change based upon your choices, the choices of other people, and circumstances outside anyone’s control.

You remain responsible for your own decisions.

 

3. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL-HEALTH CARE

I am not acting as your physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, nurse, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professional unless expressly stated otherwise in writing and supported by the appropriate professional license.

Nothing provided during a psychic, tarot, spiritual, herbal, astronomical/astrological, or intuitive consultation constitutes medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

You may discuss health concerns with me as part of a spiritual or intuitive consultation; however, anything I provide concerning health is spiritual, intuitive, historical, traditional, educational, or informational commentary only.

It does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medication, testing, or advice from an appropriately licensed health-care professional.

Never discontinue medication, change medication, delay medical treatment, avoid diagnostic testing, or disregard a licensed health professional’s advice because of something discussed during a session with me.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.

 

4. HERBAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Herbal consultations and discussions are offered for education, traditional wellness information, and general spiritual or holistic wellness purposes.

 

Unless I expressly possess and identify an applicable professional license permitting otherwise, I do not:

Diagnose diseases or medical conditions.
Prescribe medication.
Practice medicine.
Represent myself as a physician.
Guarantee that an herb will prevent, treat, or cure a disease.
Instruct clients to discontinue prescribed medication.
Replace care from a physician, pharmacist, dietitian, or other licensed professional.
Herbs and natural products can have side effects, cause allergic reactions, interact with prescription or over-the-counter medications, and may be inappropriate during pregnancy, breastfeeding, before surgery, or with certain medical conditions.

 

You are responsible for informing your licensed physician and/or pharmacist about herbs, supplements, teas, oils, tinctures, or other products you intend to use.

When appropriate, consult a licensed medical professional before consuming or applying an herbal preparation.

 

5. NOT LEGAL ADVICE

You may discuss lawsuits, criminal matters, custody matters, immigration concerns, contracts, business disputes, or other legal situations during a spiritual consultation.

Any intuitive or spiritual perspective I provide is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

You should consult a licensed attorney regarding legal rights, deadlines, court proceedings, contracts, criminal matters, family law, immigration, or other legal decisions.

Never ignore a court deadline or attorney’s instructions because of a psychic or spiritual reading.

 

6. NOT FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

Any discussion involving money, employment, business, investments, property, gambling, taxes, cryptocurrency, financial opportunities, or financial decisions is spiritual or informational only.

I am not acting as your accountant, financial adviser, investment adviser, tax professional, or fiduciary.

You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

 

7. CLIENT AUTONOMY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

A reading does not remove your free will.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret or act upon information received during a session.

By using my services, you agree that major medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, employment, safety, or other life decisions remain your responsibility.

Spiritual guidance should be considered one source of perspective—not your sole source of decision-making.

 

8. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE SERVICE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before a session, consultation, reading, ritual, product, spiritual service, or other service is performed.

An appointment is not considered confirmed until any required payment has been received.

 

9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the personal nature of my services and the time, preparation, scheduling, intellectual work, spiritual preparation, and energetic commitment involved, all purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

A client’s dissatisfaction with:

A prediction
An intuitive message
A tarot interpretation
An answer received
A spiritual opinion
A session not confirming what the client hoped to hear
A future event developing differently
A client’s decision not to use the service
does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

Purchasing spiritual or intuitive services means purchasing my professional time, attention, interpretation, preparation, and service—not a guaranteed outcome.

 

10. RESCHEDULING MAY OCCUR

Life happens.

There may be circumstances in which either the client or practitioner needs to reschedule.

I reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergencies, family matters, technological problems, severe weather, previous sessions running longer than expected, spiritual or energetic considerations, or other reasonable circumstances.

A practitioner-initiated reschedule does not automatically constitute cancellation of the service or entitle the client to a refund.

The service will instead be moved to another mutually workable date or time, subject to applicable law.

 

11. ENERGETIC READINESS

My work requires focus, intuition, emotional presence, and spiritual concentration.

If I determine that I am not physically, mentally, spiritually, intuitively, or energetically prepared to provide the quality of session I believe the client deserves, I reserve the right to reschedule.

I will not knowingly force a psychic, mediumistic, or spiritual session merely to satisfy a calendar appointment when I believe I cannot appropriately perform the service.

Rescheduling under these circumstances is intended to protect the integrity of the session.

 

12. APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE NOT ALWAYS EXACT

I do my best to honor scheduled appointment times.

However, spiritual and intuitive sessions do not always operate like traditional corporate appointments.

A previous client may require additional time to safely and appropriately close a conversation, reading, or spiritual session.

Therefore, your appointment may occasionally begin later than originally scheduled.

I cannot guarantee that I will always be able to provide advance notice of a delay because I may actively be working with another client.

Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

 

13. SESSION LENGTH & SPIRITUAL FLOW

Where a service is purchased for a stated duration, that duration represents the approximate amount of professional session time reserved for the client.

Sessions may naturally require a brief period to open, transition, or close appropriately.

At my discretion, I may occasionally allow a session to continue beyond its scheduled ending time. Any additional time voluntarily provided by me is complimentary unless otherwise communicated and does not create an obligation to provide overtime during future sessions.

Likewise, the existence of a previous client’s overtime does not guarantee overtime for another client.

Each session is individual.

The session closes when the consultation has been appropriately concluded, while respecting the service purchased and the professional boundaries of my schedule.

 

14. LATE ARRIVALS

Clients are responsible for being available at their scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late, your appointment may still end at the originally scheduled ending time so that other clients are not displaced.

Additional time is not guaranteed.

Substantial lateness may be treated as a missed appointment.

 

15. MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS

If you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without reasonable notice, the appointment may be considered fulfilled or forfeited and the payment may remain non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

16. CLIENT RESCHEDULING

I understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur.

Clients should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when requesting a reschedule.

Repeated rescheduling, excessive cancellations, abuse of scheduling privileges, or failure to attend appointments may result in refusal of future service.

A reschedule does not convert a purchase into a refundable transaction except where required by law.

 

17. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

My business is a professional and spiritual environment.

I expect communication to remain civil and respectful.

 

I will not tolerate:

Threats
Harassment
Bullying
Verbal abuse
Discriminatory abuse
Intimidation
Excessive profanity directed at me
Sexual harassment
Repeated hostile communications
Attempts to manipulate or coerce me
Disrespect toward my spiritual practice or personal boundaries

A client may respectfully disagree with me, ask questions, or express concerns. Disagreement alone is not misconduct.

However, abusive or threatening conduct may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

When legally permissible, termination caused by serious client misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.

 

18. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE

I reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or refuse future service when reasonably necessary for safety, professional boundaries, ethical concerns, abusive conduct, conflicts of interest, or circumstances in which I believe I am not an appropriate practitioner for the client.

I may also decline to answer a particular question or perform a particular spiritual service.

 

19. SPIRITUAL SERVICES & RITUALS

Spiritual work is based upon spiritual tradition, personal belief, ritual practice, symbolism, prayer, intention, and/or metaphysical principles.

No ritual, candle service, cleansing, altar, offering, prayer, manifestation service, energy practice, or other spiritual service comes with a guaranteed supernatural or material outcome.

Payment compensates me for performing the agreed service and associated preparation, materials, time, knowledge, and labor.

It does not constitute the purchase of a guaranteed result.

 

20. MEDIUMSHIP DISCLAIMER

Mediumship is interpretive and subjective.

I cannot guarantee that a particular deceased person, spirit, ancestor, guide, or entity will communicate during a session.

I cannot guarantee the content, identity, clarity, or amount of information that may arise.

Clients should not rely upon mediumship as proof of historical, medical, legal, or scientific fact without independent verification.

 

21. THIRD-PARTY READINGS

Clients frequently ask about romantic partners, family members, coworkers, friends, or other individuals.

Any information concerning another person represents intuitive or spiritual interpretation and should not be treated as verified factual information about that person’s private thoughts, conduct, health, intentions, legal status, or activities.

Do not use a reading as a substitute for direct communication, factual investigation, professional advice, or evidence.

 

22. CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, MISSING PERSONS & EMERGENCIES

My services are not a substitute for police, emergency services, licensed investigators, attorneys, medical professionals, or government authorities.

If someone is missing, endangered, being abused, threatening violence, or experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate authorities.

Psychic impressions should not be presented to others as established evidence of a crime.

 

23. MINORS

Services are intended for adults unless I expressly agree otherwise.

A parent or legal guardian may be required to provide authorization before services are provided to a minor.

I reserve the right to refuse readings involving children or subjects I consider inappropriate.

 

24. CONFIDENTIALITY

I respect client privacy and generally treat private session information as confidential.

However, confidentiality is not equivalent to legally protected attorney-client, physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, or clergy privilege unless applicable law specifically provides otherwise.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court order, payment disputes, fraud investigations, threats to safety, defense of legal claims, or protection of my legal rights.

 

25. RECORDING

Neither party should secretly record a session where doing so would violate applicable law.

Clients may not record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, publish, sell, or commercially exploit a private session without my prior permission.

If I intend to record a private session for content, teaching, marketing, or testimonial purposes, separate consent should be obtained where required.

 

26. SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC CONTENT

General tarot readings, live readings, collective forecasts, social-media posts, videos, livestreams, and public spiritual content are general information and are not individualized professional consultations.

Watching, commenting on, or participating in public content does not create a private practitioner-client relationship.

 

27. TESTIMONIALS

Testimonials represent individual experiences.

A testimonial from another client does not guarantee that you will experience the same result.

 

28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

My original written materials, methods, course materials, graphics, reports, readings, educational materials, branded terminology, and other proprietary content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Purchase of a consultation does not transfer ownership of my trademarks, copyrighted materials, methodologies, recordings, course materials, reports, or other proprietary content.

29. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

 

Before initiating a payment dispute, clients are encouraged to contact me in good faith so that legitimate billing or scheduling concerns may be reviewed.

Initiating a knowingly false or fraudulent chargeback does not invalidate these Terms.

I reserve the right to provide payment processors, financial institutions, or other appropriate entities with booking records, communications, proof of service, acknowledgments, scheduling records, and other reasonably necessary documentation when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising legitimate rights provided by law or by their payment provider.

 

30. TECHNOLOGY FAILURES

Virtual services depend upon telephones, internet connections, websites, applications, payment processors, and other technology.

I am not responsible for interruptions caused by widespread outages or circumstances outside my reasonable control.

If a significant technological failure prevents the service from being meaningfully completed, I may reschedule or otherwise provide an appropriate remedy consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

 

31. FORCE MAJEURE / EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

Performance may be delayed by circumstances reasonably outside my control, including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, internet outages, illness, emergencies, or other extraordinary events.

When practical, affected services will be rescheduled.

 

32. LIMITATION OF RELIANCE

By purchasing my services, you acknowledge that psychic, tarot, mediumistic, spiritual, astrological, and metaphysical interpretations are subjective.

You agree not to make me the sole decision-maker responsible for your personal choices.

You retain responsibility for independently evaluating information before acting upon it.

 

33. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP OUTSIDE THE SERVICE PROVIDED

Purchasing a reading or consultation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, investment-adviser, or other regulated professional relationship.

The relationship created is limited to the spiritual, intuitive, educational, or other expressly described service purchased.

 

34. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SPIRITUAL NATURE OF SERVICE

By booking, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the service being purchased.

You understand that spiritual practices and beliefs vary among individuals and cultures.

You voluntarily choose to participate and remain free to accept, reject, or disregard any spiritual interpretation provided.

35. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms apply whether your service is scheduled or purchased:

Through my website
By telephone
By text message
Through an approved booking link
Through an invoice
Through an approved payment method
In person
Through another booking method expressly authorized by me
Submitting payment and/or scheduling and participating in a service constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms before completing their purchase.

36. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

I may revise these Terms periodically.

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the applicable service was purchased, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties mutually agree to another arrangement.

 

37. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

38. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.

39. GOVERNING LAW

To the extent legally permissible, these Terms and services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without eliminating any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

 

40. FINAL CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking, purchasing, submitting payment, or participating in a service, you acknowledge:

I understand that these services are spiritual, intuitive, educational, and/or informational in nature. I understand that psychic, tarot, mediumship, spiritual, astrological, and herbal services do not guarantee outcomes. I understand that these services do not replace licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional care. I understand the scheduling, rescheduling, payment, conduct, and refund policies described above. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for my own decisions.

All sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
