Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Tarot Readings & SkyView Reports Appointments must be booked at least 1 hour in advance. Due to scheduling and energetic preparation, same-day adjustments are not guaranteed. Please read carefully before booking. By purchasing a service, you agree to the following: Scheduling & Booking All services must be booked through the official website. Select your service first, then choose your preferred date and time. Please note: Booking times are not guaranteed until confirmed. You will receive confirmation once your session is approved. Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods: • Website checkout (preferred) • Approved direct payment (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle – if instructed) Do not send payment without selecting a service. All payments are final once the service has been delivered. Tarot Readings (Phone Sessions). • All readings are conducted via phone call • Please be available at your scheduled time • If you miss your session, it will be considered completed • You may ask as many questions as time allows Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. SkyView Astronomy Reports • Reports are based on your true set of stars using real sky positions • Delivery timeframe varies by service (typically within 48–72 hours unless stated otherwise) • Some reports may include a live call or follow-up explanation All reports are personalized and non-refundable once work has begun. Rescheduling You may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may not be accommodated.
